Background: Helmed by Aneeth Arora, péro (meaning "to wear" in Marwari) is one of India's most celebrated fashion brands. Known for its whimsical aesthetic, péro blends Indian textile traditions with international fashion, retailing in 35 countries as a true "Made in India for the world" label.

Partnership: The Hello Kitty x péro Spring Summer 2025 collection celebrates the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty and the 15th anniversary of péro. Featuring over 100 designs, the collection brings cottage core and Kawaii styles for women, men, and kids, highlighting values of love, kindness, nostalgia, and friendship.

Objectives: This special collaboration aims to :

• Celebrate Hello Kitty’s landmark 50th year in péro’s distinctive style

• Expand the fandom for both Hello Kitty and péro.

• Attract new and younger audiences with a unique Cottage Core Kawaii aesthetic.

Strategy and Execution:

• Launch Event: The collaboration debuted as the opening show for Lakme India Fashion Week 2024, creating a global buzz.

• Interactive Exhibition: Followed by an immersive exhibition in New Delhi, from October 19th to 31st, drawing thousands of visitors.

Results/Impact:

The collection has received an outstanding global response and is set to hit stores in February 2025.
